Chartered accountant and auditor, she has gained vast experience in auditing activities, accounting and tax due diligence as well as extraordinary operations. She has been member of the Commission for Legal auditing and member of the Commission for Non Profit Organisations of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Auditors in Milan. Lecturer in several seminars and professional qualifying courses organised by the same register and by specialised companies on company disclosure information, external auditing and IASs/IFRSs.
